Impact Kids Team
There are many ways to get involved in your church community, and one great way is to volunteer in the children’s church. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to share your faith with young people and help them grow in their relationship with God.Â
You might lead Bible stories, help with crafts or games, or provide support in other ways. Whatever your contribution, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of the children at Impact. It’s a great way to get to know other members of the church community and to feel like you’re making a difference. If you’re interested in volunteering in the children’s church, talk to our children’s director or another church leader to find out more.
Join the community of volunteers at our church
Impact Kids is a place where kids can have crazy fun and meet God. This group of kids ages 5 to 12 is ready to be poured into by adults and leaders who want to see them grow closer to Christ and help them learn about life and friendship along the way.
Frequency
Serve 1 or 2 times a month
Qualifications/Skills Needed
You have to have a passion to love kids, know how to have fun, and want to see kids grow in their faith and meet God.
Training
For most positions, training will happen on the job on your first Sunday or the Sunday before. Teacher positions, for example, will need more training and planning with the Children's Director.
Personal Expenses
There is no personal expense in this ministry, unless you choose to purchase additional supplies not provided
Age Requirements
There is a minimum age of 13 years old to serve in our Impact Kids ministry. All adults 18 or older are required to pass a background check.Â
